Procedure
Do I need to install anything on my computer?... There is nothing to install or code to insert, all we need is you domain name which you supply at order time. Smart Monitor works from our remote dedicated server and does not interfere with your system or website whatsoever.
Reporting...
1) Email alert is sent to you if your site is unreachable.
2) Email alert is also sent to your host (ISP) if your site is unreachable.
3) Every 15th of the month you will also receive a complete Smart Monitor report indicating:
- The number of successful requests to your site.
- The number of failed requests to your site. (should match email alerts).
Note: if you are purchasing a promotion package, your Smart Indexing report is received over and above your Smart Monitoring reports.
